Thank you for purchasing from les solides. if you have any questions, suggestions or if something should not work, please send an e-mail to lessolides@gmail.com please read these carefully. by clicking in the «i accept the terms and conditions» button you accept the present general terms and conditions (GTC).   

prices

our prices and the delivery cost participation applied to your order may change from time to time. the current range of products and prices are displayed on our website. the prices quoted in swiss Francs (CHF) are inclusive value-added tax (VAT) and apply to all countries including switzerland. portrayal of products every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. please note there may be colour variations dependant on the production batch and natural variations.   

order

the presentation of the products in our online shop is not a binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation for the customer to order goods. by ordering the desired goods the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a sales contract. when you place an order with les solides, we send you an e-mail with a receipt confirming your order and listing the details. (order confirmation) in providing the goods for dispatch or by deliveries oft he goods by the publisher, the sales contract is regarded as closed. the availability of the desired product is subject to alterations at any time. we reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.   

delivery

the goods are shipped properly packaged by courier to customers worldwide.  orders placed on our website are processed once a week and we aim to dispatch orders within 10 working days. once dispatched you should receive your items within 7 - 10 days. on some occasions it may take longer and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. in case of delivery from switzerland to addresses in other countries, additional costs may be incurred (customs, VAT, service charges) on the import into the destination country. these additional costs vary according to the local laws and regulations in the destination country and the weight and value of the shipment and will be charged to the customer or the recipient receiving the goods.   

terms of payment

customer deliveries occur only against advance payment. this can be provided as follows: paypal or invoice.   

returns and approval returns

if you are unhappy with a product, please notify us within 8 days of receiving your order at lessolides@gmail.com and let us know why you would like to return the item. if your return is approved, items must be returned in perfect and saleable condition together with the original packaging and we will offer you an exchange or refund depending on the nature of the return. the items return at the expense and risk of the customer. returns must be sent to the address from which the delivery of the goods was carried out. this is the return address on the package, or on the delivery note. please do not send the item back until you have contacted us first. no refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement.   

damaged product

if a product arrives damaged, we will replace it, if you let us know the latest within 14 days from receipt of the product via e-mail with photo of the damaged goods. we will inform you how to proceed with the damaged goods further. please do not send us unsolicited goods back. refunds or credits as a result of exchange or return due to damaged goods, occur exclusively to the bank account or the PayPal account, through which the payment was settled. governing law. place of jurisdiction This contract is subject to swiss law. Sole place of jurisdiction is zurich, switzerland.
