return during the first 14 days. we want you to love les solides products as much as we do and if you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us at hello@lessolides.ch so we can make it right for you. we accept returns within 14 days of purchase in order to get a refund or exchange. we will only accept a return on les solides items that are in new conditions, unworn and free of damage. please always send the complete article in the original packaging and with all labels. please make sure you pack the products appropriately to prevent damage during transport. please note that the costs for the return shipment must be paid by you. the products remain your responsibility until they reach us. once we receive the product, you will receive your refund. please do not return the article before you have registered it with us! no refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned without prior notice and agreement.

 

 

how do i return an item?

after approval of the return, you should proceed as follows:

  1. put the product back in its original packaging
  2. send the product to the used sender's address (indicated on the package or delivery note)
  3. please do not return the article before you have registered it with us!

what can i do if i don’t receive the refund?

please make sure you check your bank account for the refund before getting in touch with us. if your refund has not reached your account, please contact us at hello@lessolides.ch and we will be happy to help you.

 

 

exchanges

if you are not completely happy with an article and you want to exchange it, please detail to us what you would like to have instead. Then send us the item to be replaced to the following address: hello@lessolides.ch

 

 

damaged products

if a product arrives damaged, we will replace it as long as you inform us by email with a photo of the damaged goods within 14 days after receiving the product. externally recognizable defects in the product must be photographed on reception and reported to us immediately. If the package has visible defects on delivery, we ask you to photograph the package unopened. we will inform you how to proceed with the damaged goods. please do not send us any unannounced goods. if your piece of les solides gets damaged over time, you can always contact us and we will try to repair the piece as good as possible or replace it.
