Prices

our prices and the delivery cost participation applied to your order may change from time to time. The current range of products and prices are displayed on our website. The prices quoted in swiss francs (chf) are inclusive value-added tax (vat) and apply to all countries including switzerland. Portrayal of products every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. Please note there may be colour variations dependant on the production batch and natural variations.

Order

the presentation of the products in our online shop is not a binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation for the customer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a sales contract. When you place an order with les solides, we send you an e-mail with a receipt confirming your order and listing the details. (order confirmation) in providing the goods for dispatch or by deliveries oft he goods by the publisher, the sales contract is regarded as closed. The availability of the desired product is subject to alterations at any time. We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons.

Delivery

the goods are shipped properly packaged by courier to customers worldwide. Orders placed on our website are processed once a week and we aim to dispatch orders within 10 working days. Once dispatched you should receive your items within 7 - 10 days. On some occasions it may take longer and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. In case of delivery from switzerland to addresses in other countries, additional costs may be incurred (customs, vat, service charges) on the import into the destination country. These additional costs vary according to the local laws and regulations in the destination country and the weight and value of the shipment and will be charged to the customer or the recipient receiving the goods.

Terms of payment

customer deliveries occur only against advance payment. This can be provided as follows: paypal or invoice.

Returns and approval returns

if you are unhappy with a product, please notify us within 8 days of receiving your order at lesolides@gmail. Com and let us know why you would like to return the item. If your return is approved, items must be returned in perfect and saleable condition together with the original packaging and we will offer you an exchange or refund depending on the nature of the return. The items return at the expense and risk of the customer. Returns must be sent to the address from which the delivery of the goods was carried out. This is the return address on the package, or on the delivery note. Please do not send the item back until you have contacted us first. No refunds or exchanges will be made for items returned without prior communication and agreement.

Damaged product

if a product arrives damaged, we will replace it, if you let us know the latest within 3 days from receipt of the product via e-mail with photo of the damaged goods. We will inform you how to proceed with the damaged goods further. Please do not send us unsolicited goods back. Refunds or credits as a result of exchange or return due to damaged goods, occur exclusively to the bank account or the paypal account, through which the payment was settled. Governing law. we want you to love your les solides pieces as much as we do. if you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at hello@lessolides.ch so we can make it right for you. we accept returns within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. returns are only accepted for les solides items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damage. please ensure the complete article is returned in its original packaging with all labels attached.

damaged products

if a product arrives damaged, we will replace it as long as you inform us by email with a photo of the damaged goods within 14 days after receiving the product. externally recognizable defects in the product must be photographed on reception and reported to us immediately. if the package has visible defects on delivery, we ask you to photograph the package unopened. we will inform you how to proceed with the damaged goods. please do not send us any unannounced goods.

care instruction

each piece of les solides is handmade in bali by our craftsmen. the jewelry is made of sterling silver 925. just the gold vermeil rings are made of brass because they can get scratched and damaged from physical impacts more easily. the gold vermeil is completed in switzerland. we use certificated fairtrade and recycled 24k gold which is nickel free. to guarantee the best quality we use gold vermeil, a much thicker gold plating than the industry standard. after the pieces are plated, a protective finish is added to prolong the life of the gold plating. this process ensures that the jewelry should hold its plating for years if taken care of properly.

silver

all les solides hoops, earrings, cuffs, bracelets and necklaces are made of sterling silver 925. silver may become a blackish hue over time due to natural oxidation. we recommend brushing your silver pieces with an old toothbrush and toothpaste or baking soda and rinse with warm water to get rid of the results of oxidation. there are also silver cleaning products available which you can use.

gold vermeil

les solides pieces feature a significantly thicker layer of gold plating compared to the industry standard. after the gold plating is applied, an additional protective coating is added to prolong the life of the gold. with proper care, our gold vermeil pieces should retain its finish for many years. while the usual gold layer on jewelry is 1µ, we use 10µ to ensure much higher quality. however, it is not solid gold, and the layer will wear off over the years depending on the friction the pieces are exposed to. jewelry cleaner should not be used on our gold vermeil pieces. if the desired shine is no longer achieved, you can gently polish them with a soft cloth. in case of premature wear and tear, les solides jewelry can be re-plated, re-plating prices depend on size of jewelry. if there are any issues with the gold vermeil within the first 6 months, we will re-plate your piece of jewelry for free.

brass

all les solides gold vermeil rings are made of brass. your rings are not as protected as the jewelry on your ears or neck. to prevent early wear and tear we use brass instead of silver. brass almost has the same colour as gold, so you won’t see scratches or chipped gold on your rings that much.

storage

all les solides jewelry comes in a small box, perfect for storing your pieces or taking them with you on your travels without risking damage. it is important not to keep your jewelry in the bathroom, as the moisture will accelerate the oxidation process.

leather goods

please remember that leather is a natural product, and its beauty will enhance over the years with a developing patina. colors may transfer onto clothes when using our pieces for the first few times, but these stains can be easily washed out. to ensure your bag brings you long-lasting joy, please follow these care instructions: use a damp cloth to clean dust or stains on smooth leather pieces. additionally, you can use a leather care product to keep it soft and flexible.

broken pieces

les solides products are made to last, nevertheless things may break after years of wearing. If this should be the case please get in touch with us and we will try to fix it again for you. if we can't fix it we will give you 20% off on your new purchase so you can find your new favourite piece.

replating service

by using much thicker gold plating and adding a protective layer, our pieces are crafted to premium quality standards. If your les solides jewelry shows premature wear and tear, we are happy to replate it for you (starting from CHF 46.-, depending on the gilding surface). should any issues with the gold vermeil arise within the first 6 months, we will replate your piece free of charge. please allow up to 2-4 weeks for the replating service. this service is available only within switzerland. contact us at hello@lessolides.ch to get started.
